وسافر في رحلات موسيقية عديدة
إلى بلدان عربية وأوروبية
كعضو الفرقة الفولكلورية القومية
في 1976 ابتُعث للكونسرفتوار الوطني للعراق كاستاذ متخصص (بروفسور)في الناي
والآن هو بروفيسور في معهد "Superior Music Institute of Tunis" التونسي.

About the Artist
Slah Eddine Manaa was Born in Kerouan in 1949. Obtained a diploma of Arab music and of nay at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance of Tunis in 1970 then became a professor of nay at the Rachidia. He made numerous musical trips to the Arab and Europe countries as a member of the National Folkloric Troupe and of the Rachidia. In 1976, he was sent to National Conservatory of Iraq as a professor of nay. Now he is a professor of the Superior Music Institute of Tunis. He composed a lot of pieces of music and published a method of nay. Also he is a master of manufacturing nay.
Product Description
The Slah Manaa Ensemble consists of some of the most popular musicians in the Middle East, mainly in Tunisia. The ensemble performs traditional Arabic folk and classical music utilizing the important traditional instruments of the Middle East. The nay is an end-blown flute open on both ends, the qanun is a trapezoidal shaped-boxed zither, the 'ud is a fretless short-necked lute, the riqq (tar)is a single headed tambourine and the violin are displayed on this recording.
