لكن سؤال للمختصين لأنى قليل الخبرة فيما يخص حقوق النشر عن الأستاذ
هل كانت طباعة هذه الأشرطة بعد وفاة الأستاذ من هذه الشركات بإذن من ورثته وذويه أم كانت مجرد تجارة بالأستاذ

شركة راندفون لصاحبها المطرب سيد اسماعيل كانت تسرق هذه الأعمال وتنشرها دون اذن من شركة الأستاذ صاحبة حقوق النشر وذلك في حياة الأستاذ واستمر تعديها على حقوق ورثته حتى بعد رحيله

صاحب راندافون كان الملحن و المغني سيد اسماعيل، و ليس الموسيقار العبقري علي اسماعيل و الفرق شاسع بينهما.
